Not everything in life is amazing, even though we tend to make it look that way. And that’s fine, at least sometimes… But let’s be honest: not every place is magical, not every routine is life-changing, or actually doable in real life, and not every day is fantastic.

This is where I share my honest stories about traveling, lifestyle, fitness, and routines, with less sugarcoating and more truth. Not everything works for everyone, and that’s okay. Somewhere in the middle is often where the real progress happens.

Hey, I'm Marciano - welcome to the middle!

I’ve worked behind bars, trained for Hyrox, chased routines, and broken them. Even when I was pouring drinks ‘til late, I’d be up early to hit the gym — well, sometimes. I’ve always loved movement — football, running, fitness, hiking — and I’m always down to try something new. A routine, a mindset, a meditation — but I also still enjoy a heavy night out or just a good cocktail.

Lately, though, I’ve been paying more attention. To how it all affects me — sleep, energy, focus. I’m not here to pretend I’ve got it all figured out. I’m somewhere in the middle — between structure and spontaneity, between enjoying life and taking care of it.

And honestly? There’s so much information out there — some of it easy to understand, some of it confusing as anything. Add to that all those crazy routines (that aren’t doable for most people) and picture-perfect travel stories… and it’s easy to lose track of what’s real.

I like to skip that part. I’m here to keep it real — honest stories, doable routines, things that actually fit into real life. That’s where this blog lives.
